ABOUT KBFPC

MISSION

Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic is a non-profit corporation formed in 1983 by a dedicated group of volunteers concerned with the need for low-cost and informative reproductive health care.  We are committed to providing health awareness and education.  Our services include cervical and breast cancer screening, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, HIV testing and counseling, birth control information and supplies, outreach and community education, and pregnancy testing and counseling.

We believe that individuals should be taught to care for all aspects of their well-being; that they should take personal responsibility for the care of their bodies, that educating and providing people with unbiased information enables them to make appropriate decisions concerning their reproductive health.  Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic believes in the free flow of uncensored information concerning reproductive health care.
